I had chest pain late last night which continues till now with rapid heart rate. I went for 2 D echo, Trop T and BNP tests. Reports are attached. Please tell future course of action. I take metosartan 50 for high BP. Why BNP is high when Echo EF is 60 ?

I have done ecg today..it show ...low T wave( V4) and slight ST depression ( V6)...kindly suggest me what should I do for this report.also suggest some further test.i have anxiety.sometimes my BP high .my lipid level is high .my cortisol level is high .

I have a history of anxiety and taking beta blocker proponolol 20 mg for the last 1.5 years , now I have done my ECG it is showing PVC and secondary ventricular block , my eco is normal . What is the reason and it serious or need any treatment. PVC is my issue from last 6 months . For PVC also I'm taking beta blocker. Please suggest. MY ECG AND ECO report is attached.

Sir my total cholesterol is 186 and triglycerides is 85 Hdl cholesterol is 34.5 ldl cholesterol is 134 non hdl cholesterol is 151 ...sir these values are normal or any problem sir please tell me..and how can I reduce sir ..

Hi My age is 31yrs , I am currently on medication (stator) for cholesterol which is marginally high. I sometimes feel pain/ itching/ burning sensation around chest and back adjacent to chest since past 4-5 months . ECG was normal in April. What can be the reason for pain/burning sensation..
