Since past 3 months I am feeling like my chest is getting weak. Whenever I cough I can feel heaviness on both sides of chest. But I can do my regular activities without any issues but heaviness in my chest is still there. Recently I have taken my chest xray and report was normal but how can I make my chest stronger from inside. Sometimes I feel pinch like pain on both sides of chest but it goes on its own. Read full and help.. In my work from scenario, initially i started fear about corona virus.. and then it converted into heart attack fear. Oneday suddenly my heart beating very fast with mild dizziness (During that time I am in conscious and i can walk and talk) After the incident i rushed to hospital and took ecg, it is normal. Still that i took 6 ecg, 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray, thyroid, sugar level and blood test, all test were time and again came normal.. still i living with heart attack fear and anytime something gonna happen to me. Now i feel fear to walk, eatt nonveg, do exercise, traveling, staying alone, Even if mild symptoms happened in my body i started fear and nervous it's heart related problem. Even the report normal and doctor said my heart is normal i can't believe them and living with fear. Past 2 years i experience this hell, i can't live happily and can't enjoy anything.
