MRI shows cardiomegaly but normal echo
Hi. I have been dealing with post covid conditions for the last 10 months.. On/off chest pains, fatigue, tachycardia, palpitations. Recently I was having intense upper back pain, palpitations when lying down. ECG, echo are normal. I had a chest mri. Its results are as 'Cardiomegaly with suggestion of left ventricular prominence.' Is it something serious? Thanks. *Attached reports

Your echo shows normal sized cardiac chambers with normal function. So no cause of concern at present. May need to be on regular follow up to rule out any long term covid effects
Next Steps
Echo after 6 months
