Chest Pain and anxiety

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi Dr whenever I do binge drinking the next day I feel anxious, chest pain and heart rate is high touches 120 while I am sitting 6 months back Have done TMT, ECHO, Holter, ECG all are normal Is this due to anxiety or related to heart I get too tensed thinking it might be an attack.
