My BP 140, and weird feeling in heart, sometimes palpatation, sometimes feeling my heart will stop beating, i have done ECG it's normal, my doctor gave me met xl 25 for BP, what to do? ECG normal means my heart ok or not? It's serious or not plz tell me

In last 1 month 3 times got sharp pain in chest along with hand,neck,back, hip pain. The whole left side pains at times. Took ECG, ECHO, CPK total, Troponin I, whole abdomen scan, necessary blood tests all were perfectly normal. Then why it pains in this way ?

I have sinus tachycardia (as per my ECG). My pulse shoots upto 120 while doing simple activities. Even my resting pulse is around 80-110. My 2D Echo is normal, so is my lipid profile, sugar level, thyroid and hemoglobin. Please suggest what is the issue? And how this can be resolved? Is it dangerous?

What is the difference between sinus tachycardia and arrhythmia? Is having sinus tachycardia means you have arrhythmia?

What does my ecg says ...is it normal After that i have done echo which normal Tmt is also negative I dont have any symptoms.

Having breathless Ness sometimes chest pain so done ecg which is normal then done 2d echo where it's mild concentric lvh with reduced diastolic compliance grade 1.rest is ok.hemoglobin was 6.7 Bp was 160/90 Pulse was 105 Total cholesterol 149 Tricedged cholesterol 94 Hdl 55 Ldl 100 Suffering from gastric problem breathless Ness relieved by burping.can u tell is it ok.do I have any issues

BP 140 sometimes, doctor gave me met xl25 But i don't have bp measurement machine, if feel my heart beat fast i use this medicine, i have a question that is if my BP normal and i have taken met xl 25 so what will happen plz tell me sir??

Doctors, are tachycardia and palpitation same ? Or not it is different ? If it is different then what does palpitation mean ?
