I am feeling chest pain since last 15 days, this pain is felt in left side, I got ECG done and showed it to doctor, it was normal, now what should I do? Why is this pain happening, is there any problem in my heart or should I get some other test done. or which doctor (cardio or other) should be consulted

My husband has been prescribed Ciplar LA 40 by a cardiologist, he's already taking Tazloc AM 40 for high blood pressure but the doctor prescribed this also to him since he has anxiety issues also. Later we consulted a psychiatrist who put him on Bupron xl 150 which is an anti depressant. Now we went to another physician to get his full body test reports checked wherein his cholesterol level was 270 and triglycerides also above 200. The doctor said Ciplar LA 40 also leads to weight gain and cholesterol gain. We want to know it that's actually true and can he stop taking Ciplar LA 40 or some substitute for it.

Hello doctor, before 15 days I vomited ( Also lifted heavy weight on shoulder)and from that day I am having pain that comes and goes and changes its location to left chest,upper back,left hand & shoulder and neck (not together but one by one) Undergoing treatment of Anxiety.I am scared of heart attack,can't sleep peacefully at night. Hi, 1 yr ago sudden felt heart racing symptoms and fear of heart attack was created in my mind. Visited several Dr's and tested ECG, ECO, TMT and Holter monitor during this period but reports are normal only cholesterol level was found slight high. Taking medicine Rosumac 10mg daily. But still all time feeling something passing in my chest along with dizziness. Dr also provided Zapiz 0.25 while feeling anxious too much. Please suggest how frequent tests needs to be done to check how healthy my heart.

Last year I had chest pain near heart. Doctor performed CECT chest. I am attaching report here. I want to know whether my heart was checked for coronary artery disease or not? It says heart and great vessels of mediastinum are normal and other details are there. I am stressed as i always have fear of having heart issue. But my ECG and Echo was normal. Hi, In my recent ECG report observation is- Q in Lead 1. What does this mean and is it anything which requires further action? In July 2022, my ECG and TMT reports were normal. Dear Sir,I m 44 year old having T2 diabetic and BP since 2014 and taking medicine which are under control.Recently during routine heart check up doctor adviced for ECG,2D echo and TMT.All the report s like sugar,lipid profile,BP,2D echo are normal but the TMT report give a conclusion that TMT is mildly positive for provocable ischemia.What does it mean and what I have to do I am in a worried state of mind.
