Myocardial Bridge
I have had on and off chest pain with racing heart beats I take olimsartan and concor for it. I have been to ER twice this month with normal ECG and normal Trop I but this pain keeps on coming. I had myocardial bridge in LAD with normal coronaries in CAG done in January for which I was told it's a normal finding. I have had normal Echo which was done this month only. I had a normal stress test which was done last year in Sept 2022? Is myocardial bridge doing this symptoms ? As I have been told it's a normal finding. Or am I having psychosomatic symptoms?

Cardiac Ailment
I have suffered from an episode of rapid Heartbeat of 158 and then chest pains yesterday evening . Pulse rate reduced in mins but left side chest pain was there for few hours. It woke me up from sleep once in night then I slept for 4-5 hours. Actually I have been suffering from on and off left side chest pains and rapid heartbeats for last 1 month. I also feel dizziness whenever I stand up from lying. I used to have high blood pressure which is now generally controlled with olimsartan 20 and concor 5 mg. I have had ECG couple of times this month which normal but only told as sinus tachycardia. I also had couple of ECHOs this month also with EF 61% with only Mild TR and Mild PAH 30mm which was not there in other ECHO report. I had a coronary angiography in the month of January which was normal with only myocardial bridge in LAD. Am I still facing heart issues ? Is it angina ? Micro vascular angina? What should I do ?

BP in sitting and sleeping position
I have been diagnosed with HTN last year. So i monitor by blood pressure regularly in home. One thing I noticed is my blood pressure changes on position like if Im monitoring in sitting position or sleeping position. When i monitor my blood pressure in sitting position, on average it would be 135/85, but when i switch to sleep position this would go down to 115/75. I make sure there is atleast 5-10 mins of gap between each readings either sleeping or sitting. Which should i consider for better bp management.

Low Diastolic blood pressure (130/60)
Hi, I'm a 20 year old male, ever since my first panic attack 3 years back, I've started to feel my pulse all over my body and my body shakes on every beat of pulse which makes me uncomfortable.
My usual bp is around 130/60.
Ever since the incident, my Diastolic bp has always been low, even if my Systolic is in normal range.
My body parts have also started to get numb quickly ever since that incident.
This constant feeling of heavy beating of my heart always disturbs me a lot and makes me depressed.
I want my life to get normal.
Kindly help me and guide me on how to keep my diastolic bp normal, like it used to be.
I take multivitamin and magnesium supplement s also... For better heart and overall health.
I have tried many things but nothing helps.
I want to know if there is any remedy that can calm my blood vessels to normal so i dont feel my pulse without any adverse side effects.
