BP in sitting and sleeping position
I have been diagnosed with HTN last year. So i monitor by blood pressure regularly in home. One thing I noticed is my blood pressure changes on position like if Im monitoring in sitting position or sleeping position. When i monitor my blood pressure in sitting position, on average it would be 135/85, but when i switch to sleep position this would go down to 115/75. I make sure there is atleast 5-10 mins of gap between each readings either sleeping or sitting. Which should i consider for better bp management.
