Last from 2 3 months i have chest pain in left side only...after cunsulting with dr...they telling me its the gas problem. But i don't think so it is. so pls tell me what is the problem with me. & Pain hardly 1-2 min.. 4-5 times in day.

Does workout affect smokers heart rate? Feeling fatigued for no reason since past week,is this a thing to worry??

I maintain a more or less healthy lifestyle, exercise and have good diet...still unable to control my cholesterol...was under medication but not taking now. This is the only health issue otherwise no issues.. I am concerned now how naturally I can reduce it. I have tried walnuts and high fibre food but not much improvement.

Done all the heart related tests,all are normal but anxiety about the this disease cause increase in blood pressure and depression sometimes suffering from panic attacks. Overthinking about the the heart disease.

I am 23 yr boy with active lifestyle. Pursuing higher study in iit kharagpur and regularly play sports and go gym. I am facing problem in breathing from last around 8 months. It is quite sporadic. 10 days there is nothing and then like today from last 5 hours i am trying to take breath forcefully its not normal i mean. I dont take tension or stress. Very fit and energetic. I consulted a doctor 3 months back and he just gave me some tablets to overcome anxiety. There is nothing like this. How should i proceed further now?i think it is related to heart so i chose cardiologist.

Recently I'm feeling chest pain I thought it's a lungs problem I consulted doctor he scaned and told no problem u had. After few months(yesterday) early morning I was felling pain at my shoulder and neck, but since the evening time I'm also feeling chest pain. I have read some sympomts of heart pain which all are similar to me. Please suggest me what should I do now..?

Need to loose 10kgs in 2 months and make it last longer..have done thyroid test which was also negative.

I am 30 year male feeling chest pain on my left side,now i used to get angry very early ,my weight is 87kg ,after seeing all this i ve check my bp which was high when i checked 1 week before.my question is if doctor advise me to take bp medicine, i ve to take such medicine in whole my life.

I fit into small size but my tummy seems to big I am perfectly ok om the other parts of my body just my tummy looks too big I do yoga, take a walk atleast for 30 mins
