I maintain a more or less healthy lifestyle, exercise and have good diet...still unable to control my cholesterol...was under medication but not taking now. This is the only health issue otherwise no issues.. I am concerned now how naturally I can reduce it. I have tried walnuts and high fibre food but not much improvement.
