I maintain a more or less healthy lifestyle, exercise and have good diet...still unable to control my cholesterol...was under medication but not taking now. This is the only health issue otherwise no issues.. I am concerned now how naturally I can reduce it. I have tried walnuts and high fibre food but not much improvement.

High cholesterol can be managed and controlled successfully with lifestyle changes, medications, or a combination of these approaches. Implementing lifestyle modifications, such as a low-fat and high-fiber diet, increased physical activity, and weight control, might decrease LDL-C levels by up to 20%–30%...consult physicians they will guide you further.
