Heart Rate above 200 during exercise
My heart rate goes above 200 during exercise and the slows down fast. Resting heart rate is between 75-80. Is there any sign of danger?

Resting HR is more important marker of good health which is good in your case ! Reaching HR up to 200 during exercise may be due to poor physical exercise capacity if it attained relatively in early stage of excercise !

I really doubt how you are measuring heart rate. Your resting heart rate is normal. If you are recording it on any smart device and of it's going up and down rapidly then I would question reliability of the readings. If you want to know your exact heart rate response to exercise then get a TMT done
