But I would like to tell you that workout effect the heart beat irrespective if their habits. And it gives more positive effect and increase your stamina and prevent you from early fatigueNess. But I think the thing that is effecting you is smoking but not the workout. Because smokers have early fatigueness and can't breath deeply. There will be reduced gaseous exchange in their lungs. So just reduce your smoking habits.
