Hi my dad is 70 years old. Whenever he sits in a chair , both the feet get swollen. If he is laying in bed the swollen get reduced. What could be the reason? What's the treatment for this? Any concern on this?

My mother is having high bp problem she is taking telvas h and nebicard 5.she is having diabetes and fast heart beat problem also.her pulse about 85.from last few weeks she suddenly wake up from sleep and have fast heart beat.i wnt to know is this related to heart or mind plz tell.

Avg BP around 150/80,reaches up to 165/90 during extreme mental stress.all tests are normal .seems like essential type of hypertension. What can be the probable cause of such isolated systolic at young age of 25 yrs. I have herd that ish generally associated with old age. Should such BP readings be construed as ish. Can chronic stress alone cause such big problem.pls help. have been suggested to take telma. 40 for life long. Can it be cured I am really worried . Can adrenal tumor be the root cause of it

Sir i am 24,yr old no smoking, no drinking ,but problem started 1yr ago , i feel sleepy all day , fatigue ,if i walk faster my breath is increase , sometimes i do nothing , my heart beat suddenly increasing , i am normal ,but my heart beat fast , so i take deep breath . but it take time to normal , this happen only 7 times in 3yr

She is showing a very low pulse rate of around 54 to 68 in rest condition. Is it OK or should I consult a doctor

My father has RCA 80-90% Mid long lesion. 90-95% Distal lesion left main is normal. LAD 30-40% Mid Lesion

Is this your service/advice is free? if it is free then only answer. Last year I had chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath. So tests done. Chest x-ray normal,pulmonary function test normal. Stress test normal, hrct throax with lower neck is normal. my 2d echo shows mild pulmonary hypertension. Pressure is 44mmhg. Currently on no medicines. My doctor told me to stop smoking which I did not. Now my question is in how much time mild pulmonary hypertension becomes serve pulmonary hypertension. How much years can I live with mild pulmonary hypertension. Is there any need of medicines?
