I am suffering from constant anxiety chest pain. I am continously worried about my heart. I feel my heart has got completely damaged. I am attaching my ecg report please help me whether my ecg is ok or not?

Hi, I went Angioplasty 1 month ago and Doctors have placed stent in left coronary artery. The reason of having stroke at early age was SMOKING. I weigh 94Kg at the time of my surgery and my height is just 5 foot 9 inches which tells i was overweight as well. The other reasons includes my diet which contains lots of junk food and oily food. I used to drink on alternate days and used to smoke 10 cigarettes per day. My question is, now a days I am having high urge of smoking and I am unable to control myself. I have become so violent which is leading me to be more stressful which is Achilles heel of lifestyle. Please tell me right directions to quit smoking. I am failed to keep up with cold turkey and am losing my all hopes. Thanks.

Sir my triglycerides value is 360 how can I reduce it. I use to take cod liver oil tablet daily but it is not coming down

My aunt is under digoxin and nebivolol for old mitral commusirotomy and persistent atrial fibrillation. Her LA size is being increased over the years. Presently it is 5.5 cm. My wife suffers from sudden rise in heart rate all of a sudden more than 100 bps 1-2 times every week without any stress. To make her calm, emergency doctors have provided her melzap but its temporary cure and sometimes it didnot work also. She takes sometimes Nebicard 5 also when it does not comes down as the lower side of BP goes upto 90. Earlier she used to take nebicard when she was suffering from high BP due to tension and stress. We have shifted from that place where we used to go for this problem and that doctor has suggested us Nebicard. Plz help me as if now tension has gone but this problem has begun.

My husband complaints that if he eats a lot his heart starts fluttering abnormally and he gets unable to breathe..i am worried why this happen? Is it some problem? Also he is having acidity and gastric issues these days...is it related to that??
