Difficulty in Breath

Asked for Female, 26 Years

From 1 years, i am suffering for high pulse rate. I done my ECG and ECHO. all test is normal. But now i feel difficulty in breathing and chest congestion. I also feel heart vibration. When i done test, doctors said you are just suffer from stress. but now i feel may problems in heart like chest congestion, heaviness in Stomach, heart vibration, shivering in left arm. feeling dizzyness and much weakness and access of urine at night. can anybody tell me what the problem is. All doctors say you are in stress. but i have no any stress.

Get a ECG done If that is normal get a 24 hour Holter monitoring done Upload the report here Also get a Fasting blood sugar PP blood sugar and HbA1c tested
