I'm feeling strange on the left side of chest and sometimes my left hand pains slightly..I am unable to concentrate and feel dizzy since one week..It began with running nose.

Hello Doctor, I would like to get opinion for my aunt, as per her 2d echo test results valve is working only 40% and also got the 3 blockages , 90%, 80% and 70%. Doctor is saying by pass and valve replacement is high risk, i need a suggestion whether we should go for operation or not. By the way she is admitted to Nair hospital Mumbai. My recent lipid profile is as TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 224 HDL CHOLESTEROL 48 LDL CHOLESTEROL 100 TRIGLYCERIDES 340 TC/ HDL RATIO 4.7 LDL / HDL RATIO 2.1 VLDL CHOLESTEROL 68 NON-HDL CHOLESTER 175.8 DO I continue medication Rozavel 10 once daily.

It has been more than 3 month now. I had an ulcer last year and met a cardiologist, done tred mile and ho-alter test too.

My 2 month baby was admitted in ccu at fortis hospital in sick condition with tachypnea and congestive cardiac failure IV decongestIves and IV antibiotics were started . Patient was initially put on nasal CPAP, patient has LRTI and can't be taken up for surgery. However patient condition deteriorated and had to be supported on Invasive mode of ventilation. Patient was also started IV Dobut amine which was gradually tapered off . Subsequent chest x ray revealed worsening pneumonia and demand optimal ventilator setting for stabilisation. Patient has largely remained ventilator dependent repeat chest xray done yesterday show resolving consolidation. A CBC repeated on 23/03/2017 showed Hb=8.9 , TLS =12,400 with neutrophils 50% .A blood transfusion was given in view of that . Currently patient tolerates full RT feeds . USG cranium has been normal.
