Heart Problems & Remedies

I am having back pain in the upper left portion since last night. Thought it was a muscle pain and would wear off by morning but it is increasing ever since. Sometimes I feel the pain is spreading in the fingers or the upper right back especially when I am trying to lie down. My pulse rate is always high since the last few months (90-110). Is this a heart problem or a gastritis/muscle pain?

I am very much concerned about heart health and took sevaral ecg ..i have attached my ecg and i consulted a cardiologist ..he is telling it is fine but heart rate is high due to anxiety ...

I am a female in my 20s and have had tachycardia and frequent palpitations for the last few years. I am overall healthy and do not consume a lot of caffeine or any other medications/substances that cause tachycardia. I had basic lab work done including thyroid function, that was all normal. I also had an echo done that was normal and a holter monitor test for 24 hours that was also normal besides being tachycardic most of the time. My 12 lead ekg showed normal sinus rhythm but with notched and prolonged p waves. What could the meaning of this ekg be and could it relate to the tachycardia or palpitations?

There is no change in my blood pressure when I stand, it only goes a little higher. I'm wondering why my heart is going 160 when I stand. How can I fix this. I feel like I'm dying? I don't know what to do.

I have heart arrhythmia and I am taking Purgoxin 6 days a week. Recently I have a run away heart, I can feel how hart and fast it is beating and it makes me nauseous. For about a week a wake anytime from 3 in the morning without any breath. It feels literally if I stopped breathing, then I have to get up as quickly as possible and then I am very short breathed. It takes a while before my breath normalize again but as soon as I lay down again it happens again. So I have to stand up that time of the night and stay up to avoid this happening all the time. What can I do to help myself? I do not have money to see any medical practitioner now but i need to do something. It feels if I am going to die in my sleep very soon, if I do not get help.

ECG reports of my husband says incomplete Rbbb with LAD n LAFB. Wat shud I do?? But he hvn't complained any problem regarding heart in past..

I've felt some pain in the heart few days ago. The pain wasn't very serious so I ignored it. Today, the same thing happened again but this time it is more like a mini, continuous pain with pauses in between which lasted for few minutes.

Hye, i have low lvef of 26% , recently suffered from myocardial infarction, angiography report reveals 100% blockage in lad and 80% in another artery my concern is that one doctor is suggesting CABG, and another is ICD implantation, is going to surgery with a severe low LVEF is safe? please help me by suggesting appropriate advise.....
