I want to know the best doctor for heart transplant for my father....Doctor said for heart transplant after test of some reports.

My father have been having chest pain for few years.So he consulted a doctor and got his ETT and Angiogram done.The result is 90 percent stenosis in mid LAD after D1 .LCX is non domi ant and normal.RCA is dominant and normal.He has good LV systolic function with EF:64 percent (on echocardiogram) So the final diagnosis is single vessel coronary artery disease and good LV systolic function (on echocardiogram) My question is, does he need an immediate operation?

I have been experiencing like a pressure or tightness on my chest I don't know if it's anxiety or if it's a heart problem I feel the symptoms the most when I lay on my sides

I had a D'cold Total yesterday afternoon for my fever and cold and after a while the fever was gone but since yesterday evening I constantly feel like yawning but I cant, like every minute I have a need to take long breath. I looked it up on the net and it suggests shortness of breath( I also used artificial tears for my dry eye this morning). Today I checked my respiratory rate on a google app and it shows between 19-24. And my heart rate has increased too. I am in a state to travel in train to get home and then see a doctor? I've smoked weed from being a teenager until I gave up all smoking when it was picked up that I had a heart murmur and had to have a mechanical mitral valve replacement surgery a year ago.I stopped the previous year.I really miss smoking and want to start again,however I can't find any professional advice on the risks.I did not have anything wrong with me such as heart attack or disease and its bit of a mystery why I had the murmur. Is there a greater risk to me versus someone with a "normal" heart? I am on warfarin for the rest of my life and also take a lot of medication for chronic pain from joint hypermobility syndrome and sciatica. Strong pain killers,nerve blockers,thyroid meds,muscle relaxers,beta blockers,alot.
