Sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ECG
Since last few days i have felt that with change in posture my heart rate changes.
When i stand its highest 105-116 bpm
When i sit its 90-100 bpm
When i sleep its 75-85 bpm
However the BP more or less remains the same
So i decided to get ECG done
While doing ECG the report was as follows:
AGE: 22 years
Pulse: 123bpm
Conclusion: sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ECG
Problem that i am curently is nothing but only sense that when i stand i could feel palpitation in my neck and chest.
Do not have any other symptoms.
But i want to point out one thing that while running on treadmill at 5,6,7,8km/hr i did not feel any discomfort as well as my pulse was between 100-120bpm but as soon as i stopped the activity the pulse raised upto 163 bpm and then started declining.
Also at that time my bp was 140 and 75.
Can you tell me that whether there is something to worry ?

MI patient with LVEF 25%
My father is 57 years old. He had MI in 2010 and underwent angioplasty. At that time his LVEF was 30%, now it has come down to 25%. I am concerned as to why this happened and is there a way to increase or prevent it from further deteriorating.
He has on the medication of ACE inhibitors, Beta blocker, statins and ecosprin (I can share the prescription details if helps).
He has been advised by his cardiologist to get ICD done.
We would like to get a second opinion on what should be our next steps and should we go ahead with ICD?
Are there any risks associated with ICD?
The ICD device that cardiologist has recommended is MRI compatible. Would there be any life style modification required post that?
Would there be restriction in crossing metal detectors?

Seeking Second Opinion
My mother 57 year old has undergone a TMT today and the final impression says TMT POSITIVE FOR INDUCIBLE ISCHEMIA
Summary: Resting ECG: ST SAC. Functional Capacity: Normal. HR Response to exercise: Appropriate. BP Response to exercise: Normal resting BP- appropriate response. Chest Pain; None Arrhythmias: None. ST Changes: Depression Upsloping. Overall Impression; Positive Stress Test suggestive of ischemia.
RESTING ECG ST SAC LATERAL LEADS. 1 MM ST DEPRESSION INFERIO LATERAL LEADS AT PEAK EXERCISE WHICH PERSISTED 8 MTS INTO RECOVERY. TMT POSITIVE FOR INDUCIBLE ISCHEMIA.
My question is 1 MM ST DEPRESSION a conclusive evidence suggestive of Inducable Ischemia
