I have been having Cardiac pain like pinning with needle since from last week and is coming after continuous work like cooking and other miscellaneous house work.

Heart beats increase before sleeping, sometimes heart pains, when i keep hand in heart it feels to me that heart beat has slowed down than normal. Sometimes when i take deep breathe it feels that pain near heart area
