Heart Problems & Remedies

One of my relative got heart attack just a month before he is so young to face this kind of severe problem at the age of 34, although he relieved but still he is not recovering well so please let me know the best doctor to consult with he basically not feel good during travelling so wont be able to go to office even.

Does clapping hands everyday help in blood circulation? Is there any scienctific evidence to support this practice?

I feel pain whenever I have rest or sleep and little bit while sitting but during  walking fast and running I don't feel any pain only heart starts beating fast.

I sometimes feel pain on left side of my chest near heart.pain occurs for a very little time about 3-4 seconds it occurs about 3-4 times a day mostly in evening but 4 days earlier it started from noon and continued till night. Pain is very little and completely bearable. Shall i look forward to see a doctor ?

My Homocysteine level is >65 I'm not aware about that,tell me what's that exactly and what level would be good for health and solution also.

I had gone on a tour some days ago and then suddenly my heart beat rate reached 150 which i checked at home by a blood pressure monitor....The food outside home is not liked by me and so I took food irregularly and so the blood pressure became very low then I rushed to the nearest superspeciality hospital and consulted an cardiologist , they immediately transferred me to the EMERGENCY CARE where they increased the blood pressure and lowered the heartbeat......They conducted an ECHO-CARDIOGRAPHY and ECG before this but it was normal.....Then Doctor prescribed me Seloken XL 25 mg medicine....This happened about 1 month ago.....The doctor advised me to take the medicine at 8 am daily and due to this medicine,i think, my hand and shoulder pain comes.....and i am getting fatter slowly.......For the last 3 days I am not taking the medicine and in these 3 days no problem of heart is seen.....Now what to do?? should I continue the medicine or not?

I experience SVT episodes approximately one a month. I also like travelling a lot. I know vagal maneuvers, I carry beta-blockers, but all these stuff don't always stop SVT episode, so I need to call an ambulance sometimes. What to do if SVT occurs in the wild - mountains, remote countryside, forest? I heard that it is not allowed to walk or hike with SVT, so I won't be able to reach a place to where the ambulance can come if an episode occurs.

Yesterday i came to know that there is hole in my 4 months old nephew...and it's a bit big.. So,what should i do now and how can it be recovered...is it too dangerous.
