I realized just not i could/have a blood clot my leg , should i go to the hospital right now , or can it wait for tomorrow ? is it serious

I got ECG test done after having mild sensation in left hand. The report mentioned RBBB and ischemic changes in inferior leads, however 2D echocardiography showed normal results. Kindly advise on the severity of this issue. My details : 58 yrs old Female. Have high BP and blood sugar levels

Angiography done.heart mussels working fine.no pressure,no diabities.current doctor suggest bypass surgery.but I don't to go with that bypass process . Is there alternate solutions??

My daughter, aged 17, has had SVT since childhood. She was on Digoxin for 3 years, subsequently stopped. Recently SVT occured again during running in school ground. Heart rate was 120. Currently I am experiencing Dizzy spells during exercise. This is accompanied by heart palpitations and flutters. I also get Dizzy upon standing, no matter if I stand quick or take my time. I have had a 24 hr halter monitor around a year ago which showed a junctional escape rythm. As I have a history of anxiety, my doctors always put it down to this, however, it has been a year since and my symptoms only seem to be getting worse. Thanks
