  4. I went for ECG last week. Healthy adult?

I went for ECG last week.
Due to some pain in under arm and chest area i went for an ECG test. My age is 29 and my heart rate is 54. I am doing 15min yoga everyday.Doc has given some acidity pills and everything is fine he said. My doubt is what is the normal heart rate for healthy adult?
