Instead of Olmetrack tablet, mistakenly taken Rosuvastatin tablets of 10mg & 20mg together at night for more than a week.

Diagnosed with Acute on chronic combined systolic and diastolic heart failure Dilated cardiomyopathy high blood pressure Prescribed medications carvedilol 12.5mg (coreg) One tab by mouth twice daily furosemide 80 mg (lasix) One tab by mouth twice daily lisinopril 5 mg (prinivil, zestril) One tab by mouth daily spironolactone 25mg (aldactone) One tab by mouth daily I need a better explanation than what I was given, as my diagnosis. I don't understand what it is and what it means all together

Feel like i have heart problem..sometime my left hands..and back pain... i had xray of chest ..but it came normal..i had 4 ecg..all came normal..i had cervical xray also ..the in that i had a cervical problem..but now a days mere ko zapzap hota hai kabhi kabhi ..does i have a heart problem?
