Lst yr my dad under wnt angioplast again he is started getting lil pain doctor had asked to do angiogram again , please advise what I should do bcz I am confused

When suddenly phone rings I fear and my heart is to beat fastly Past 4 months.

I have needle like pain in left side close to center of the chest. Light tingling in area from left armpit to elbow. Unusual sweating. Heart beats close to average 88. Bp 90,95- 135,140. I can feel my heartbeats as my stomach or belly moves in rhythm with it. Have done stress test and reports were normal , only thing was not able to lower my heartbeats in 3 minutes.

I normally have BP 90/70 but from some days it was 110/90 or 110/85. Then cardiologist measure it 130/90.And echocardiography impression says that I have trace AR and grade I LV diastolic dysfunction.doctor said report is normal.How is this possible? I never had high BP before. now BP is100/70 sometimes or 90/70 most of the times. Is it possible that grade I LV diastolic dysfunction is seen on my echo just because of BP at that time? Can that get reverse on my next echo and get normal?

Even after angioplasty I have pain .....3stents fixed.... what is the reason for this
