I had vertigo in 2015 may while going out for a meeting in morning.I was empty stomach and very excited to get a good contract, after reaching half way i had a extreme vertigo and everything was spinning like anything.i stop the car and ask my brother to take me to hospital where i find my blood pressure was in extreme more than 170/120 and ecg not ok.then they gave me injections. and admit me to hospital.there i was undergone with angioplasty without stenting. know my reports no blockage.

She is sleeping in that she died we felt its happened by cardiac arrest what its happened can you please able to tell why its happened?
