Here doctor said poor r wave progression in leads v2 v3 and v4 but need not to worry my age is 33 and asymptomatic

My father age 61. We have done yearly total health checkup of him on 2nd Sept-17. BP found was 126/80. Left VENTRICLE is normal in size, with mild LVH and with normal contractility. Impressions of report were: Mild LVH; Normal LV Funtion.LVEF-65%; No LV Diastolic Dysfunction; Normal Valves. He currently takes 1 tablet/day in morning to control High BP. All other tests are normal. Please advice us severity of report impressions and what should we do next?

I had done my ECG six months ago. They have encountered a minor blockage in it. How to complete get out of this.

I have been having high BP(140/240) from many years. While having high BP, I am not able to find any difficulty in breathing, headache etc. It means I feel like normal. Therefore, I am not able to understand what isthe problem. I have gone through all tests also and all reports are normal. But, still I want to now the reason because at the end it is extremely dangerous.
