So I drink a good amount every weekend as a 21 year old and I’ve started to experience chest pains and a high BPM (I’ve been watching it). I looked online and came to the conclusion that it could be cardiomyopathy. Is that rare for a 21 year old? Also is there any medicine I could take without a perscription?

Whether u have cardiomyopathy or not can be only determined after an ECHO test . Dont conclude on your own . Reduce alcohol intake and consult a doctor
