Mild concentric LVH . LVEF=65%. grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Mild to moderate MR. Rvsp=44mm hg. What needs to be done. At times I am having chest pain

All report normal tmt echo stress but ecg is 800 rhythm suggest me I take telma am lipvas 20, ecosprin 75 daily

She is feeling pain near by chest and heart area regularly. The pain is coming oftenly and she feels restless due to that.later some point of time pain is getting reduced. Please suggest me a solution.

For the past one week and half week I have been waking up with severe chest pain/tightness right at the center of the chest in the middle of night. This is accompanied with throat tightness. If I take asprin the pain disappears within few seconds. This has happened thrice in the past 10 days. I am not sure what it is.
