Whn i keep the hand in chest i feel like there is a cranking going on ...i.e stretching of something since the day I played volleyball and I can feel hard heartbeat just below left chest ....is it a heart disease

I have most light pain in left side of chest den pain into right side sometimes in centre but some time pain is high on left side. E.C.G is normal.

Hello, lately I've been using psychedelics for consciousness exploration (personal development). Near the end of the trip there is usually a consciousness-shift which goes accompanied by high feeling heart rate. The last 2 times on AL-LAD it rose to 143, and 152bmp which gets me panicky. If I let go in the experience, I know there will be a deeper consciousness shift with even higher heart rate, which makes me panicky to letgo/relax and I distract myself.Is this dangerous?I'm a 25 year old male.
