My father has a heart problem the apollo doctors has said that to do cardioc bypass surgery

Bcuz I live in a 3rd world country I can't get the treatmeant I need and the insurence my mom and a free shrink says I'm anxious but I'm almost certain that I have a disease cuz I'm a very calm person,I am assuming I have either GERD or that other hearth disease where some layer of muscle gets bigger it starts with a "P" not sure I just need a couple questions from a doctor I'm educated on this part and no stranger to medicine

I have been getting constant pain in heart since 10days and it's more towards left side of chest and my breathing is also not smooth ..can you please suggest me immediate medication

I take acitorm tab 3days 1mg and 4th day 2mg and every 15 days after check in test and surgeons assist keep inr between 2.5 to 3.5 but inr level is now 3.63 now adjust the acitorm

Sometimes I felt like my BP is on a higher side . Symptoms I feel are like Slightly burning sensation in eyes Mild headache Slight rise in body temperature Little uneasy ness My lifestyle it is not very active mostly desk job that too mostly night shifts from last 3 months.

While recovering from Hip surgery, my mom aged 77 years suffered a sever MI and Angioplasty was done the same day for proximal 100% blockage in LAD. the Angiography report shows 90% bloackage at crux in distal segment of RCA amd minimal plagues elsewhere. The patient is now suffering from shortness of breath continously and on oxygen since last 2 days Her SPO2 was 60% when put on O2. Is this because the RCA was not stented? Why is this so ? What is the prognosis?

Hi. I had a whole in my heart and I have undergone ASD Device closure operation before five years. I gained some weight recently so I thought of doing exercise. But since I was operated I was not allowed to do any exercise. Can you please make me aware of things which I should not do because of this operation. So that I can avoid it. Thanks in advance.

Continuing low bp and now showing gas formation in stomach.some times fever comes .
