Chest pain from one day . Not sure wheather due to acidity or indigestion or any other reason

I feel that my breath is not taking perfectly by some reason that I don't know. I asked my family dr to solve it bt he said it's my imagination nothing else. Bt it's feels I can't breathe sometimes. I climbed steers and my heart beat is so much fast I use vicks inhaler Bt it is not going to help me out. I smoke sometime when I get upset. What to do?

Regular high blood pressure and high blood sugar type 2 (300~400). Had bypass surgery in 2011 and had insulin course as well

The problem are breathnessless pain in chest and cant do any work because feeling of general wealkness

Pain in left side of the chest for few minutes and sometimes when bend forward .sharp pain in left chest comes and go for 10days,is it a serious problem help me out to figure this out Thanks in advance

HELLO DR, MY TMT SHOWED NORMAL , NORMAL ECG , AND NORMAL 2D ECO TEST, STILL FEEL MILD PAIN IN LEFT ARM SHOULDER AND MILD PRESSURE IN CHEST AREA

Am experiencing the heart pressure and same time some dizziness with that eye blur increased. We have tested ECG, 2D and thread milling(TMT) but all reports are comes with normal status. Now am using some tablets ETIZOLA BETA 0.5, CLONOTRIL 0.25 and VERTIN I.P 8mg. Doctors are saying no problem but am still suffering the same problem If you any good suggestion please share with me because no doctor was giving clear status. Please help out from this problem.
