Hi I m 40 year's lady . My heart's valve is transplanted. I have take Pentids 400 . What is alternate of this tablet?

From last few months I am feeling uneasy & worried about heart problems. Some time I feel heavyweight in upper side of heart. In daily routine less physical work out & stress on workplace increased now a days. But even though while walking I feel light & fresh. What should I do. Please suggest.

Sometime when I seat on the couch doing nothing and suddenly my heart beats and has like 120 bpm, my regular heart rate moves around 60-70. I did a 24 hour holter check that found VPB's and 4 PAC's.
