How can I lower my diastolic blood pressure? My systolic blood pressure is usually normal buy diastolic is high most of the times... How can I lower it without medication .. It is 120/90

My blood pressure is 100/80 and 120/90 from time to time and I am diagnosed with grade 1 left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Should I take any medicine?

I m 32 years old weight 78 kg suffering from typhoid fever doctor recommended me oxidil(ceftriaxone) 1gm inj twice a day for three days+ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day for 7 days is it enough? And other thingh is that i m using it from last two days but my blood pressure is increased up to 150/110 is it due to medication or any other reason is there?

My ecg this month did not come out well cardiologist asked me to undergo echo, stress, echo the results were negative for ischemic but mildly dilated artirium EF is56%. Dropped from 60 %. I have diabetes. I never had high BP but my doctor is asking me to take cardace will it not decrease my BP.
