Chronic Spontaneous Chest Pain

I'm a 20 year old 6' 175 pound male who played two sports in high school. For the last 3 years now I have been having spontaneous chest pains. They happen about 1-2 times per week and last about 5 minutes each time. They seemingly have no trigger but when they hit it's a stabbing pain in the middle-left side of my chest about 3 inches deep that takes my breath away for a few seconds. I have had an ECG, ultrasound, heart monitor and about every test you can think of but no luck. Any ideas?

Chest ache and stiff jaw

Hey doc. I was having chest discomfort that comes and goes since 6 days ago. The discomfort is not linked to any activity but it usually worsen at night. However the pain got worse 2 days ago and I went to the doctor yesterday. He doctor said that the discomfort is due to muscles and not cardiac. He gave me some muscle relaxant. Muscle relaxant helps and little and today the ache is almost gone. It comes for a few seconds and go today. However, I feel like my jaw is very stiff today. I am wondering if the stuff jaw is linked to the chest pain and should I visit the doctor again?
