Heart Problems & Remedies

So I was juat chilling on the bed texting on phone, and then girl asked me out. After that my heart started beating like crazy, this is he first time it happened to me and I'm really worried, 15 minutes went by and by heart still beating like crazy. I'm 100% honest, please reply as soon as possible

I was taking Aspirin for a neck pain for 2-3 days. I took a dosage of 2, 325MG tablets as needed. It was typically every 8-10hours. After stopping taking the Aspirin I now notice when I stand up I get a heart flutter/palpitations. It also happens once I sit back down. I do not have any chest pains. It also only seems to occur after I've been awake for awhile. It does not occur in mornings. Should I wait to see if it goes away on its own or go to the ER?

My pulse rate is 95 to 105 constantly from last 4 years. Feeling a little pain on my heart. But very mild. I have been feeling anxious for no reason and got my BP and pulse checked , my BP came out to be 180 / 110 and pulse at 100 , the doctor gave me BP medication but I still feel shortness of breath and anxiety in chest

My resting heart rate is 110 and has been for many years. I had tests done and was told I have a second degree AV block (Wenkebach) but I've never really understood what this means for me or why my heart rate is always so high. I often feel quite anxious when it increases even more. Should I be worried about having a rapid heart rate all the time? Could this mean that I am at more risk for heart issues in the future or is this a benign 'quirk'?

Since past two weeks I can strongly feel pulse everywhere in my body. sometimes in my feet while lying down, sometimes in my thighs, in my arm , even wrist and fingers.
