I am taking aspirin from last 5 days for blood thinning and nebicard+telmiride h for BP. Yesterday I had high blood pressure in evening and feeling my left arm stretched. After that I am seeing dark spot in my left arm. What should I do?

After smoking weed yesderday(planning to stop) I had a random anxiety attack that brought my heart rate up and freaked me out a lot. Ever since yesterday I have been fatigued from the intense anxiety and have a strange pulsation in my head of dizziness, every time I stand up or move any head muscles around abruptly. It's different from a heart pulse and almost feels like an electrical shock of dizziness that only lasts for 1 second or more per time.

Last 10 day before my father have acute chest pain with jaw pain. After a day i admitted in hospital to he doctor prescribed trop T test and report are positive after it they start treatment and doctor also prescribed 2D echo test and ckmb test ckmb are 11 after the five day in hospital my father are now normal but my question is what I go for ?

Chest feels tight and feeling dhada. Feels better after a while. Am diabetic, thyroid, bp, cholesterol

Last night, I have a breathing problem, and pain left side near armpit area, I visited to a doctor, all vitals parameters like bp and pulse is normal, he suggested to get a ecg which was also normal, kindly advise what tests or checkups I must undergo , pls note I have a spondilitis.

I'm feeling a slight pain in my left chain for the last couple of days. It's bearable though.I also experienced some pressure/tightness at the spot, which would go away after a few seconds or minutes. No breathing problems.

I'm 22/f I believe I am having a heart attack but not sure. I was sitting watching TV and I had intense pain thin my right upper arm the moved to my back then to my left arm. Woke up early this morning with a pain in my left chest. 5 hours after its still aching. Im 22, female weight is normal but not physically active. I work on weekdays and on overtime.

It hurts really really bad it happens once a day. Its really really sharp. I need help. Will you help me
