I have gerd, and i often fell chest discomfort, like heavy pressure in my chest below my neck area.. im so worried if it is part of my GERD? i had my 2D ECHO lst march 2017 and its normal result.. i want to know if i have to undergo another 2d echo because of this chst pains?? please help me.

I m 28 year old man and i m having minor chest pain from last one month i consult a doctor and he suggest me to some test collestrol chest xray ,ecg,my colestrol level is 208 and ecg and chest xray i snormal then he suggest me to do troponin test so i did that was also negative so he told me its muscular pain i took 15 days pain killer and gas related medicine but its not effective, I am not having continuously pain is some time time when i awake from bed or some time when i am sitting long,

I noticed that in the past few days my heart rate has been way too high for me (normally has about 70 bpm), it is now very arrhythmic and with high bpm values such as 100-115

Is daily 30 minutes of aerobic exercise gold for grade I LV diastolic dysfunction and trace AR? Will they help I'm treating them? Or should I avoid those exercises?

I have chest pain in left side always.i was consulting aims and Fortis hospital, they will be only given medicine, not any checkup.Please tell me what are doing?
