My mother is 74 years old and recently she diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome by 24 hr. Holter test. But she does not experience any symptoms till now however she has been suffering from acidity and essential tremor in left hand. She does not have hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes etc. One cardiologist is advising for permanent pacemaker now when another is saying no need any pacemaker currently in hurry. She is taking Orcibest 10 mg twice a day. I am not sure and confused about what to do.

Recently angiography was performed for one of my relative (age 65 yrs) and that resulted in 3 blockages with percentage around 70-80 %. Since we are bit doubtful about provided angiography report, so want to ask, can we repeat angiography again? If yes, then how much time interval is allowed between 2 angiography and will repeat angiography cause any problem to patient?

I have gone for heart surgery 20 years ago because one valve were not expanding. I was suggested to take pentids 200 twice daily two years back by one cardiologist in Chennai. Now pentids are not available in market. What should I do?

Have chest pain for now abt 9 months now. Initially I thought of it as chest issue & consulted cardiologist and he performed angiogram and 40% of blockage was identified. Doc said it is mild & medicine will cure it.I still was experiencing the same, food sort of used to stuck in my chest & was having difficulty to pass out. I preferred gastroenterologist. He suggested medicines and performed endoscopy & the results were good. Sometimes the pain would revolve around left side of shoulder and body

Since 25 year we taken pentids 400 mg tablet. But now this tablet not getting in market. Doctor given other tablet Azileb 250 mg. This both tablet same content or what?? If I take azileb 250 tablet not getting any problem na sir?? Please suggest me.

Diabetes problem, body pain, 3month sugar level 7.6, after meal 210 before meal 130 generally. Laziness, many times urine. I have heart problem also, angioplasty by 2 stent in main artery.

How often to check the echo test? How long on life expectancy? What is the possible way to increase if any? My doctor suggested to talk walk and can't increase mostly.

Does it, viz. LVEF 50%; NT-ProBNP 37pg/ml, mean Cardio Myopathy? If so does it require MRI Scan, AngioGram / AngioPathy
