In blood pressure, can a person have only the systolic blood pressure without the other one, or vice versa?

I have tmt test done now ,stage 3 speed mph 3.4, grade % 14.0,worload (metas)10.1 ,HR 164,. BP mmHg 130/80, RPP*100 = 160

My mother age 52 was suffering with heart burning problem. After angiogram we came to know that two veins have blocked with 90% & 98% and another vein was also suspicious not exactly. What you prefer ither stunts or bypass. Heart function was 60%.

Last night, I couldn't sleep; just looking for the right position to lay myself because my left chest felt like it's enlarging. Even laying flat on my back was difficult for me, I felt an amount of pain at my left chest where my heartbeat. I became afraid thinking it was extreme signs of typhoid since I was diagonsed once of having it. The pain; it's more like a heart burn, but more intense and I think the pain is deeply associated with my lung. Pls doctors, I need your help, right now.
