My left arm has been feeling very weirdly, I've been checking my BP frequently. The sys ranges between 113, 120,124,125 and 126, the dia ranges between 77, 78,80,84,88 and my pulse stays between 80 to 90. I checked it 3 times right now and it was 138 over 100 with a pulse of 103. I do have anixety but I'm very worried. I guess my question is, am i having a heart attack or on the verge cause of how my arm feels.

In my mother my cordial perfusion scan there is a small fixed defect is seen in apex- likely apical thinning.. Is this actual a defect??? And how it can be treated

I have to go for angiography, which wil be better i.e normal angiography of ct angeo. which report will give better and perfect results

In routine checkup,my echo report revealed ebstein anamoly with 18mm septal displacement(in internet upto 20mm is normal)and also trivial TR without any other cardiac defect,my bsa is 2.04 ,then I went for second opinion, doctor taken echo and said no significant displacement,now I confused with different opinion please guide me in this situation .I attached my 2nd opinion doctor report,already I destroyed my anomoly report due to privacy, please view my echo and reveal any structural defect specially right ventricle and TR values like velocity etc are normal in range.

Over the Internet on different websites I have searched about caffeine whether it is good or bad for high blood pressure. I want to reduce my diastolic pressure.. I used to drink tea about 4 times a day and now after diagnosis with blood pressure of 110/90.i have totally cut down on caffeine to reduce my diastolic blood pressure . Is it good? And also I have totally reduced salt intake.
