I went for an ECG my age is 42 , female ,it was not normal further I was asked for stress test to get the exact reason, so the test shows infero lateral changes, signs of inducible ischemia with good effort tolerance approx Vo2 Max of 24.85 ml/kg/min

In 2013 I suffered with Pulmonary embolism, treatment 20 days and start 1 mg thinner. After 9 month I stopped without any consultancy. Now again m felling little short breathing . So I done D dimer result 776 nu/ml and pt Inr is .98.. Wht is the consequences in that result

Chest and back pain with inflammation. Continue pain last one week. Some times pain spread UpTo leg also. Pain is very much high like burning.

I don't no why I am doing very hard work and I am feeling tired and I was resting for a while and sleep and then at the middle of my chest I was feeling pain.Why?

I just went through normal blood check up of my own the report shows but level 308 and triglycerides 300 else every thing fine I'm alcoholic and smoker but no pain nothing
