Heart Problems & Remedies

Its been two years and i check. My. Pulse every few. Minutes my pulse is in the 60's 98% of the time sumtimes if it goes to even 80 i will panic and make it go really really fast and end up calling the ambulance.. I have seen 2 different cardiologist. They both have performed ecg, stress test, echocardiogram, holter monitor 4 times for 24hrs and 72hrs, everytime i was told heart is healthy but i cant stop worrying abt it and cant stop checking it. Dont know what to do

Respected sir, I am 27 years old and regular addict of marijuana and cigarette from past 10 years, I have quit consuming these substance past 1months because I started feeling that the moment I use these substance I began to feel uneasiness and heartbeat increases constantly and I feel like I couldn't survive through this state and suffer an heart attack or cardiac arrest, even after giving up smoking these substance like weed and cigarette I constantly feel uneasiness and increase of heartbeat
