I am 55 year old female having Chest pain on left side and blood pressure 95/ 58

I want to inquire about taking beta blockers to help with my severe anxiety around public speaking.

Am suffering FM chest pain for last 18 month, six time ecg,tmt done all is always normal, doctor clear say not related to heart but continue pain in chest rib continue treatment for last but no relief some say that costocondrites problem, muscular pain but no relief.

My mother has a artery block 60-70% only one the doctor said they will place a stent in her heart. Is there any other option except stent placing in heart.

Terrible pain in heart or heart area for about 10 to 15 minutes accompanied by arm becoming numb. The pain has been bad enough to nearly cause fainting.
