High blood pressure
140 bp observed . Can I start medicine.Once 128 bp observed too. Sugar found 125 .Can I go for medicine for diabetic. Or do cure by naturally.

No you do not need to start either of the medications just buy one reading you should keep a blood pressure and blood sugar record for at least 1 to 2 weeks and then review with your doctor or a cardiologist check if your blood pressure and sugar or above the normal range. Normally your blood pressure should be less than 140/90.. and your blood sugar should be less than 120 if your fasting and less than 140 after 2 hours of eating your meal. There are many other factors which affect blood pressure and diabetes .
