Can distolic dialostic disfunction grade 2 controlled?How can it b controlled?

It started three days ago I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t take deep breaths without my chest hurting. Since then every time I do something that gets my heart rate up like going up my stairs I start to get chest pain. Went to the ER and bloodwork and EKG came back fine.. please help? It helps when I take a baby aspirin.

My TMT test shows the VO2 max 32.9 and ECG is also normal in TMT. Is it safe

Hello. I usually get a sharp discomforting pain in the chest when I begin exercise, running in particular. The terrible pain seems to worsen when I breathe in. However, after some time, the pain cools down and I can continue running without much pain. I am a soccer player, not really professional but I do it for fun and fitness. It happens when I start running for the first time. Am I at risk of a serious heart condition?

Hello. I am 17 years old and recently I’ve been having sleeping problems. I’ve been waking up at 2-3am with a high pulse, sweating and lighthead. I’ve read some things in the internet and I’ve been thinking about having heart problem a lot. However, I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or coffee, I have a good diet and I exercise often. Now I’m not sure if my subconscious mind is responsible for that or I really hve a problem.
