My dad (50 yrs old) is a farmer getting chest paint while doing hard work. What could be the reason? Is any blocks in the heart?

Hi gud mng , Myself sunny (28 years old) i I was suffered from dengue in month of October and my platelet count was 80000. After that on 11 Nov I was normal and platelet count was 250000 . After 1 day there was pain in my stomach , backand chest.I consulted to the doctor and he told me that this is gastric problem .From due to my chest pain I did ecg 5 to 6 times and echo also .both are normal . But chest pain stomach pain and back pain is continue . So plz suggest why this pain is going on.
