I am having acidity problem and heart burning, I ll b getting pain on my chest and left hand had a strange feeling. Is this a major health issue??? I will b having a less sleep. I ll sleep 5-6 hours per day.

Have done my ecg chest xray and tmt as well but everything is normal...i am still having that problem

My father is a heart paitent. He was sleeping this night suddenly he wake up started feeling dizzy. He is still feeling dizzy. This is happening time to time. No chest pain, and there is no problems with his talking.His sugar level is not down. Cause he took some sweet items just to make sure sugar is not down. What should I do now.? I am really tensed.

Heart pain occur  and breath problems happen with me, sudden fear feel by me ... Headache problems .

For the past year, everytime I stand up from lying down and using my phone, my vision goes all black but I don't lose my consciousness, I just get dizzy and my vision goes completely black. And recently, I have been getting sharp single pains from my ribs and one time my heart beat was so hard I literally felt it beat on my whole chest.
