Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been having following symptoms for 3 days. Chest heaviness, right eye pain, right arm pain, dizziness, and exhaustion. Went to ER and blood pressure was 127/70. Ran ekg, labs, chest xray. Results deemed not alarming. Troponin T level was 0.01. Discharged with chest wall pain. Still having symptoms. Is it possible they missed something? Female 32 years old.

Having high BP 155/ 105, taking tab inzit 4 mg once daily with doc advice, 10 days now, still same results. Parents both mother, father have high BP. Software professional, sitting job. Do I need to continue medicine foreever now? Any other means maybe lifestyle improvement can help keep BP low? without medicines?

I'm 23 yr old. My Ecg is LBBB pattern. 2d echo Nd stress MPI are normal. Do I need any treatment?

I've been having burning like sensation to my left hand. During that time it's showing high BP. Is there any relation between these two? How can we take it? Is it a reference to anything?

Sir I have chest pain in my left side ,tightness and I feel like burning in my stomach, I doing ECG and xray also thyroid and sugar test , doctor says all reports are normal I am 21 year guy and I am scared , I want to continue my study with relaxation please help me
