Hi doctors, If ECG comes normal then should I go for Stress ECG or Stress ECHO. I have been taking Petril Beta 10, twice daily from the past 4 months for treating Anxiety. But from the last 1 month, I have been experiencing Dizziness and this dizziness increases further when exposed to loud noise or music. I just don't know whats happening wrong with my body. My parents are not taking my symptoms seriously as they have been told by local doctor that it is due to anxiety. At some moments, I also feel breathlessness as if there is lack of oxygen. On June 30, I had ECG ECHO AND STRESS ECG done with some blood tests and doctors said everything is fine. But why after nearly 6.5 months of treatment, I m not completely fine and healthy as I used to be. Please doctors help me diagnose my problem. Also from the last 2 months, i m having dry cough which comes and go. Thank you in advance.

I am a 21 year old male with some degree of anxiety. My resting heart rate was at 211 last night, should I be concerned?

I am sorry i missed to attach the ECG report. As mentioned before my father had acute pain in his left chest which was unbearable. Next day the pain shifted to the back left side near shoulder. He was taking the attached set of medicines as per advised by doctor. He is in bhagalpur, bihar and no proper facilities in bgp. Doctor advised for ecg. Could you also have a look please?

Sinus rhythm, incomplete right bundle branch block. I have no chest pain though but in my lipid profile test the HDL Cholesterol is 30 mg/dl

I take Dilzem CD 120 everyday at 11:00 am for hypertension. Today, I was not sure if I took it or not, so to avoid a double dose didn't take it in the morning. Now my bp is showing 142/99. Should I take a capsule of Dilzem CD 120 in the night so that my bp further doesn't go up or can I take my Mom's medicine Replace 50 for the night. please advise.

This is the esg report n the medicines prescribed by doc in july 2017. As i mention he had acute pain yesterday in left side of chest. Could you please see if the report is normal?
