I am 23 years old healthy male. Recently had sudden unconciosness and had to go to emergency room , after doing ECG and blood test doctors didn't find anything wrong. After doing echocardigram next day it was mitral valve prolapse with trivial degree of regurgitation also b12 deficient. Experiencing anxiety and also bp 140/90. Is it serious?

I would like to know where I can get a holter monitor test done for evaluating the occasional skipping heart beats which i am facing for the last 3-4 months.

Below are the values in his latest report : Cholesterol - 215 mg/dL Triglycerides - 158 mg/dL HDL Cholesterol - 42 mg/dL Direct LDL Cholesterol - 154 mg/dL Non HDL Cholesterol - 173 mg/dL CHOL/HDL ratio - 5.1 LDL/HDL ratio - 3.7 Very Low Density Lipoprotein - 31.6 mg/dL He just wants to know how badly his heart will be affected by having such cholesterol levels continuously for 2 years. What are the chances that plaque has been deposited in his arteries resulting in blockage? And which tests should he go for to detect arterial blockage?

Echo test detected dcmp with moderate systolic and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, moderate pulmonary htn, mild AR and MR , age is 78 years , guidance required.

I had chest pain one week ago and then 2 days ago and this morning. I have severe gas problem as one week ago i forgot to have break fast and lunch. Sir, my grandpa was having heart attack in year 2011. On 18.01.2018 he got again an attack nd was admitted to hospital. There referred to S.G.P.G.I lucknow, where angiography was done and doctor suggested surgery. Is it safe at age of 79 or can it be cured with medicines ?

I should find out the reason for my hypertension so does abdominal scan can let us know reason and can LVH be reversed
