My age is 28 and my BP is 130/90 is it ok,or else I HV to consult to d docs

In rececent general health checup , Echo report says Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction , although other comments are : all chamber dimension normal , No RWMA , Normal LV systollic function , Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction , Trivial MR & TR / No PAH , No e/o clot (or) vegetation . EF is 70%. what is this Grade1 diastolic dysfunction . what should i do for it.

I have been having pain on the left side of chest and my ECG report says 'Minor right axis deviation. Probably normal ECG'. Should i be concerned?

I hv slight occnl pain at a point at centre of left side of chest Does it siggest any heart problem?

Sir am diabetic from last 7year .my age is 28. My problem is every 15 days.I get chest discomfort.and lite pain. Am using tablet reclimet 30od.always I go to doctor always he gives gas tablet. And my cholesterol level is normal.but my triyglerdls levels always .shows above 200 .I feel like comit suicide.always chest discomfort . Please help me

My mother has a enlarged heart , can it be curable as she is already taking medication for last 10 years in which there are medicine for BP, and medication to dilute blood. Although there is no blockage but heart function is quite reduced.

Hi probably about 4-5 days ago I woke up with chest pain. It’s more of a tickling strange sensation. I’ve been through 3 months of a headache with many side symptoms from anxiety and then my blood sugar started going very low but it’s back to normal now. Is the chest pain anxiety related? I’ve had blood tests for all my blood sugar and a full blood count and they all came back saying I was perfectly healthy, would that have picked up any problems with my heart? I’m very worried

I've had some chest uncomfortability for the past 3 days. It has been constant 24/7 for the past three, and the pressure/heaviness sensation is located on the upper right side of my chest to the middle, but I believe it is also a little bit lower than that. It occasionally goes to the upper left side and I feel a little pressure there as well, but that goes away within the second. I've tried excercising and it does not make this problem worse or better. I quit taking lexapro about 10 months ago & for months afterward I had chest pains. I saw a doctor who said it was probably just anxiety as I’m a young, healthy adult. He asked if I had chest pains while working out & I said no.Today, I worked out for the 1st time in about 3 months & after about 20 minutes of cardio, I had chest pain. I did have anxiety before going to the gym so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it & the pain was just delayed?It has since gone but I’m still concerned
