Anxiety Heart Rate
I've never realized the severity of my anxiety until now. I have asthma so when yesterday I started having trouble breathing, I immediately reported to my inhaler. My family heart history is very poor so when my heart started beating out of my chest I blamed it on that. Out of curiosity I took a heart rate test. At rest, lying down it was at 220 bpm. I brushed it of as a misread and tried once more- 223 bpm. I freaked out some more, each time raising. Maxing out at 227. Is this normal?
