I am suffering from inflammation in heart pain.Pain is also at perfect back to heart tickling to left hand.Some time pressure in head.I hv done all test ecg,stress test,2d echo test,sonography.But all are indicates no problem.No major acidity problem too.I have some problem regarding respiration as i had acute bronchitis in 2015.But its pain usualy at center.Heart pains at left.Pls suggest precise solution.thnx

I want to stop my BP medication. I am on telmisartan 20 for past few months . I have lost a lot of weight with regular walks and exercise. My current bp ranges from 120/80 to 135/95 . I started with telmisartan 40mg. Reason for this medication was stress and anxiety. But I'm not taking any med for it now . Just need to stop BP med now . Lifestyle change has helped me a lot on reducing my BP . I don't smoke and I have gradually cut down on alcohol as well. my highest BP readings few years back was 160/100. So kindly help me how can I stop and taper this medicine .

Hi, I've been having chest pain on the left side in the past. Test like ECG and ECHO have revealed everything is fine. Doctor says it's due to anxiety. My age 44yrs, height 6ft, weight 89 kls. I used to weigh 100 kls which with regular exercise have reduced to 88-89. The pain starts from chest and shifts to left hand. At times for very long period of time there is no pain whatsoever at all. Please suggest. Thank you.
